Meyers-Briggs, DISC, and The Four Tendencies are only a few of the many personality tests out there to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses.

You should take all of them. Multiple times, and keep a journal on your phone about how your own mind works

Doing this will improve your performance dramatically because you'll be able to enhance your strengths and get assistance on your weaknesses - from robots, sales managers, outside training, or whatever.

Lots of guys I know can recite the names of football plays, stats, player names, personalities and alma maters. 

If you can take the time to learn about complete strangers strengths and weaknesses, you have the time to do so for yourself

There are two types of mindsets: Fixed and Growth. Having a growth mindset is whats going to propel you to success - and without knowing how your mind operates, how to code the programs in your brain for success, you need to take as many real, science backed personality discovery tests as possible.
